2. Defeat all of the trainers on Route 216.
3. Enter Floaroma Town.
4. Visit the Pokémon Center and heal your Pokémon.
5. Buy Poké Balls and potions at the Poké Mart.
6. Head west to Route 217.
7. Defeat all of the trainers on Route 217.
8. Enter Eterna City.
9. Visit the Pokémon Center and heal your Pokémon.
10. Talk to the man standing outside of the Pokémon Center. He'll give you the Vs. Recorder, which allows you to record your battles and watch them later.
11. Buy Poké Balls and potions at the Poké Mart.
12. Head to the top of Eterna City and enter the Eterna City Gym.
13. Defeat the Gym Leader, Gardenia.
14. Receive the Forest Badge, which allows you to use Pokémon up to level 30.
15. Exit the gym and head north to Route 205.
