Can women sync their mensteral cycle?

The synchronization of menstrual cycles between women who live together or spend a lot of time together is known as the McClintock effect or menstrual synchrony. While some studies have reported evidence supporting this phenomenon, others have found no such correlation.

The exact mechanism behind menstrual synchrony is still unclear and requires further research. Some theories suggest that pheromones, chemical signals released by the body, may play a role in aligning the menstrual cycles of women in close proximity. However, the scientific community has not reached a consensus on the existence or underlying causes of menstrual synchrony.
