What are some easy moves to learn dance?

1. The Box Step: Standing with your feet hip-width apart, take a step forward with your right foot, then bring your left foot to meet it. Step back with your right foot, then bring your left foot to meet it. Repeat, alternating feet, keeping your knees bent and your core engaged.

2. The Grapevine: Standing with your feet together, step to the right with your right foot, then bring your left foot to meet it. Step to the left with your left foot, then bring your right foot to meet it. Repeat, alternating feet, crossing one foot over the other with each step and keeping your weight centered.

3. The Side Shuffle: Standing with your feet hip-width apart, take a step to the right with your right foot, keeping your left foot in place. Bring your left foot to meet your right foot, then take a step to the left with your left foot, keeping your right foot in place. Repeat, alternating feet, and keeping your knees slightly bent.

4. The Cha-Cha: Standing with your feet together, take a small step forward with your right foot and bend your knee. Step back with your left foot and straighten your right knee. Repeat, alternating feet and keeping your hips moving side to side.

5. The Salsa Basic: Standing with your feet together, take a step forward with your right foot and bend your knee. Bring your left foot to meet your right foot and straighten your right knee. Step back with your right foot and bend your knee. Bring your left foot to meet your right foot and straighten your right knee. Repeat, alternating feet and keeping your hips moving side to side.
