Sayaw Sa Bangko is a Filipino folk dance that requires dancers to perform a series of steps while standing at varying heights on a bench or plank. The basic dance steps include:

Step 1: Basic Step

- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and parallel to each other.

- Transfer your weight onto one leg and shift the other leg back slightly.

- Bend your back knee slightly while stretching the other leg out in front.

Step 2: Double Step

- Take two quick steps forward, landing with your feet shoulder-width apart.

- Bend your knees and shift your weight onto the back leg, then quickly jump forward and land softly with your feet together.

Step 3: Side Step

- Stand with your feet together.

- Step sideways, shifting your weight onto one foot and stretching the other out to the side.

- Bend your back knee slightly and keep your torso upright.

Step 4: Turning Step

- Stand with your feet together.

- Step forward with one foot, then quickly turn your body in the direction of that step and land softly with both feet together.

- Keep your arms raised and extended as you turn.

Step 5: Jumping Step

- Stand with your feet together and bend your knees slightly.

- Jump upward and spread your feet in mid-air, then land softly with your feet together.

- Keep your arms extended to the sides as you jump.
