How do you a leap in dance?

A leap in dance is a jump from one foot to the other, with both feet leaving the ground at the same time. To perform a leap, start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms by your sides. Then, bend your knees and swing your arms back. As you jump, push off from the ground with your feet and extend your legs and arms. Keep your core engaged and your body straight as you jump. Land softly on your feet with your knees bent and your arms out in front of you.

Here are some tips for performing a leap in dance:

* Start by practicing in a safe space, such as a dance studio or gym.

* Wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in easily.

* Make sure your feet are properly warmed up before you start dancing.

* Keep your body straight and your core engaged as you jump.
