Where is the move tutor on Pokemon platinum?

In the Pokémon Platinum game, the Move Tutor, who teaches specific moves to compatible Pokémon for a price, can be found in two locations in the Sinnoh region:

1. Route 212 Eastbound: As you move eastward on Route 212 toward Victory Road, the Move Tutor's residence can be found on the north side of the path. When approached, a man outside the house introduces himself as a Move Tutor.

2. Pastoria City: After defeating the Gym Leader Crasher Wake and receiving the Fen Badge, the second Move Tutor will become available in Pastoria City. Head towards the Pokémon Mart, and inside you will find another individual who provides Move Tutor services. This tutor offers additional moves compared to the one on Route 212 but may require stronger and higher-leveled Pokémon for certain move teachings.
