1. Two Step: Step to the right with the right foot and transfer weight to the right leg. Step to the left with the left foot and transfer weight to the left leg. Repeat steps.
2. Ciera Wave: Step to the right with the right foot, swinging both arms over head toward the right. Step to the left with the left foot swinging both arms over the head towards the left. Step together and squat slightly while lifting both arms.
3. Toe Touch: Step to the right with the right foot and touch your left hand to the right shin. Then, step to the left with the left foot and touch the right hand to the left shin.
4. Hip Hop Groove: Step to the front with the right foot, then cross the body with left foot swinging the hip outward. Step forward again with the right foot and cross body with the left foot swinging the hips outward to the left. Repeat on the other side.
5. Body Roll: Step to the left with the left foot and place the right hand to your face, turning the torso to the left. Step to the right with the right foot and place the left hand to your face turning torso to the right. Repeat while slowly rolling hips.
6. Ciera Shimmy: Step to the right with the right foot and shift the body weight to the left foot, shimmy the body to the right. Step to the left with the left foot and shift the body weight to the left, shimmy the body to the left. Repeat.
Intermediate-Level Ciera Moves:
1. Ciera Pop and Lock: Step to the front with the right foot, lifting knee up. Rotate the lower leg to the right, then snap it back in place. Bend slightly to the left as you rotate the right knee up, then snap the right leg back down to the floor. Place your hand to your face, then swing the arms overhead as you pop up, bringing feet together while jumping with the arms lifted upwards.
2. Ciera Slide/ Shuffle: Step to the right with the right foot and slide the left foot behind the right foot. Shuffle the left foot back to next to the right foot. Step to the left with the left foot and slide the right foot towards the left. Shuffle the right foot back to meet the left foot.
3. Ciera Bounce: Step forward with the right foot and then to the back, bouncing on the balls of your feet as you shift weight back and forth. Step forward with the left foot and bounce back the same way. Repeat the steps bouncing forward and back.
Advanced-Level Ciera Moves:
1. Ciera Jump Turn: Step to the front with the right foot, jumping and turning 180 degrees to the right, landing on the right foot. Step back with the left foot and turn 180 degrees with the arms up, land with weight on the right foot. Repeat the moves, turning from left to right and right to left.
2. Ciera Kick: Step to the front with the right foot and kick the left leg out in front of you. Step forward with the left foot, kicking the right leg out in front. Step to the right with the right foot and back, kicking the left leg diagonally behind the right leg. Step the right foot forward and back again kicking the left leg diagonally behind the left leg. Repeat the steps kicking the legs.
