What is the breakdancing move flare?

The flare is a breakdance move in which the dancer spins on their back while keeping their legs straight and their arms outstretched. It is a dynamic move that requires a great deal of strength and flexibility. To do a flare, the dancer starts by lying on their back with their legs extended and their arms outstretched. They then use their core strength to lift their legs and arms into the air, creating a V-shape with their body. While holding this position, the dancer begins to spin on their back, using their legs and arms to generate momentum. As they spin, they keep their body straight and their arms and legs extended. The flare ends when the dancer returns to the ground, landing on their back.
