Princess Giselle was originally from the magical land of Andalasia, where she lived happily ever after with her animal friends and her true love, Prince Edward. However, an evil queen, Narissa, who wanted to ensure her own daughter would become queen, banished Giselle to the real world.
In the real world, Giselle met and fell in love with a lawyer named Robert, who worked as a partner in a law firm. However, Robert's marriage to his soon-to-be ex-wife was still in full swing, making their relationship complicated.
Robert’s daughter Morgan wasn't too happy about the sudden appearance of this perfect woman in their lives. Despite Giselle’s good intentions, her naivety about how the world works often caused confusion and trouble for Morgan and Robert.
While Giselle was adjusting to her new life in the real world, Narissa disguised herself as an elderly woman and traveled to the real world to follow and kill Giselle. She eventually found Giselle and tried to kill her, but Prince Edward arrived just in time to save her and take her back to Andalasia.
In Andalasia, Giselle and Prince Edward were married and lived happily ever after.
