What is the form of fur elise?

The form of Fur Elise is a ternary, or three-part, form. The first part, the A section, is in the key of A minor and is in a slow, flowing tempo. The second part, the B section, is in the key of C major and is in a faster, more lively tempo. The third part, the A' section, is a repeat of the first part, but with the addition of a short coda at the end.
