When Juliet says O Romeo wherefore art thou What is she asking for?

In this famous line from Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet," Juliet is lamenting the fact that Romeo, her beloved, is banished from Verona and she cannot be with him. So she is asking, "Oh, Romeo, why are you not here with me?"
