Go to sleepy pile
And go to fluffy heap,
Go where blanket ends
And shadowy pillows keep.
Go where the day's done,
Into sleepy night,
Go away, go fast,
Go now, out of sight.
Go where the dark world
With its wonders sleeps,
Where a toy can come to life
When a still child softly weeps.
Go to sleep, go soon,
Close those dear eyes tight,
All good dreams and joy,
Sleep my lovely, good-night.
