What was first profession?
The first profession is often considered to be that of a priest or shaman, who served as a mediator between the human and divine realms. These early religious leaders performed rituals, made offerings, and interpreted the will of the gods. However, it is also possible that the earliest professions were more practical in nature, such as hunters, gatherers, or artisans who crafted tools and weapons. As societies became more complex, specialized professions emerged, including farmers, traders, healers, and builders.
