Who wrote the Odessy?

The ancient Greek epic poem "The Odyssey" is traditionally attributed to the famed poet Homer. Homer is widely regarded as one of the greatest poets of all time and is also credited with writing "The Iliad," another Greek epic poem. However, it is important to note that there is no definitive historical information about Homer, and many details of his life remain a mystery.

The authorship of "The Odyssey" and "The Iliad" has been the subject of much scholarly debate, with some arguing for multiple authors or revisions over time. Nonetheless, the general consensus is that Homer was responsible for the creation of these epic works, which have profoundly impacted Western literature and culture.
