- Thomas Thorpe: Thorpe published the first quarto edition of Shakespeare's sonnets in 1609, titled "Shake-speares Sonnets. Never Before Imprinted."
- William Jaggard: Jaggard published the First Folio in 1623, which is the first collected edition of Shakespeare's plays.
- Edward Blount: Blount published several quarto editions of Shakespeare's plays, including "Much Ado About Nothing" (1600), "Henry V" (1600), and "The Merry Wives of Windsor" (1602).
- John Heminges and Henry Condell: Heminges and Condell were two of Shakespeare's fellow actors in the Lord Chamberlain's Men acting company. They were responsible for compiling and editing the First Folio.
It's worth noting that during Shakespeare's time, copyright laws were not as well-established as they are today. As a result, many of Shakespeare's plays were published without his authorization, and some were printed from unauthorized manuscripts or from memory. This led to variations and inaccuracies in the texts of some of his works.
