In seventh stanza of The Rime the Ancient Mariner why does sailor think voyage is ill-fated?

The poem states that the Wedding-Guest is compelled to listen the Mariner's whole story:

"Yea, listen, listen, thou Wedding Guest!

Thou'lt hear anon of a Wedding-Feast,

And of the Sad and Solemn Night-

And also thou shalt see and hear

The Spectre-Woman and her Death-mate, Death."

Therefore, this stanza refers to the ominousness of the voyage because the Wedding-Guest is made to stay and listen to story as though he is attending funeral.
