What does The title Babylon Revisited mean?

The title "Babylon Revisited" refers to the biblical story of the Babylonian captivity of the Israelites. In the story, the Israelites are exiled from their homeland and forced to live in Babylon, a foreign and corrupt city. The title suggests that the protagonist of the story, Charlie Wales, is also in a state of exile, both physically and emotionally.
