Ernesto Nábholi (born December 17, 1957) is an Italian writer and journalist.

Ernesto Nabolli was born in Milan in 1957. He received a degree in philosophy from the University of Milan. He has worked for several newspapers and magazines as a journalist, including La Repubblica and Il Corriere della Sera. He is also a radio and television presenter.

Nabolli has written several novels and short stories. His first novel, Il profumo del silenzio (1991), was a bestseller in Italy and won the Premio Campiello. His other novels include La casa della felicità (1993), Il mare nel cuore (1995), La vita è un viaggio (1997), and L'amore è una cosa stupida (1999).

Nabolli's short stories have been published in several anthologies. He has also written a number of essays, including Il futuro della memoria (1998) and La bellezza della vita (2000).

Nabolli is also a translator. He has translated several English-language novels into Italian, including The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald and Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger.

In addition to his literary work, Nabolli is also a musician. He plays the guitar and sings in a band called Nabolli e i Suoi Amici.

He has been honored twice in Italy for his contributions to literature. The prestigious Pirandello Prize was bestowed upon him in 2001. In 2008, he received the Stresa Prize for career achievement.

Nabolli is married and has two children. He lives in Milan.
