What religion is the queen of England?

The Queen of England (now the King of England, Charles III) is a member of the Church of England, also known as the Anglican Church.

It's important to note:

* Head of the Church: The monarch is the Supreme Governor of the Church of England, but this is a political role, not a religious one. They don't dictate religious doctrine.

* Personal Beliefs: The Queen (and now King) has never publicly declared their personal religious beliefs beyond their commitment to the Church of England.
