What are two similarities between Greek and Roman writing?

1. Use of the Greek alphabet: Although the Romans developed their own Latin alphabet, it was initially based on the Greek alphabet. Many letters in the Latin alphabet are identical or similar to their Greek counterparts, and the order of the letters is largely the same.

2. Influence of Greek literature: Roman literature was heavily influenced by Greek literature, with many Roman writers adapting or translating Greek works. Genres such as epic poetry, drama, and historiography were all directly inspired by Greek models. In some cases, Roman writers would even incorporate Greek phrases or passages into their own works.
