What happened in Harry childhood?

Harry's parents are killed by Voldemort. When Harry is just a baby, his parents, Lily and James Potter, are killed by the evil wizard Voldemort. Harry survives the attack, but he is left with a lightning-shaped scar on his forehead.

Harry is raised by his aunt, uncle, and cousin. After his parents' death, Harry is sent to live with his aunt Petunia, uncle Vernon, and cousin Dudley Dursley. The Dursleys treat Harry very poorly, and they often lock him in the cupboard under the stairs.

Harry discovers he is a wizard. On Harry's eleventh birthday, he receives a letter telling him that he has been accepted to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Harry is thrilled to learn that he is a wizard, and he eagerly sets off for Hogwarts.

Harry makes friends at Hogwarts. At Hogwarts, Harry makes friends with Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. Ron and Hermione become his best friends, and they help him through many adventures.

Harry learns about his past and his destiny. As Harry attends Hogwarts, he learns more about his past and his destiny. He learns that he is the only person who can defeat Voldemort, and he must face Voldemort in a final battle to save the wizarding world.
