Where does harry meet Dumbledore in the beginning of sixth book?

Harry meets Dumbledore at the beginning of the sixth book, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, at his house on Privet Drive.

Dumbledore arrives unexpectedly, much to Harry's surprise, and whisks him away to a secret meeting at the Burrow before the start of the new school year.
