What ship did Jack NOT steal in Curse of the Black Pearl?

In "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl," Jack Sparrow never actually steals a ship. He does attempt to steal the HMS Interceptor, but he fails.

The only ship he actually acquires (and doesn't steal) is the Black Pearl itself. He buys the ship from Captain Teague, his father.
