What was Bruce injury in unbreakable?

Bruce Willis' character, David Dunn, in "Unbreakable" doesn't sustain any physical injuries. However, he does experience psychological trauma after the train crash. He is the only survivor of the crash and this event significantly impacts his mental state.

His trauma manifests in various ways:

* Isolation and distrust: He feels ostracized by society and finds it difficult to connect with others.

* Nightmares: He experiences nightmares related to the train crash.

* Fear of the unknown: He struggles with the realization that he may be something extraordinary and the responsibility that comes with it.

While not a physical injury, the emotional and psychological toll of the train crash is a major driving force in David's journey to self-discovery and acceptance.
