    Values

    • Quality literature provides a subtle message that is there for the taking, but not preachy. The story deals with real issues that expand the reader's awarness of the world around him. It can stir emotions and help the reader to see new places, cultures, how people live and the experiences they've had to face and conquor.

    Exploration

    • Quality literature provides an engaging plot with easily understandable sequences of events and endearing, memorable characters who take the reader on an exploration of events and emotional experiences that challenge ordinary thinking. The book relates in a respectful way to a wide variety of people, races and cultures. Most of all, quality literature isn't boring.
