Creating a book list is an easy task that can help keep you organized when you get to the bookstore. By having a book list prepared before you go, you will know exactly what to buy instead of wandering around looking at titles you really aren't sure you want. It will also help you to remember the authors' names and the titles of the books in case you need help finding them once you get there.

      Check out your favorite authors' webpages before you feverishly search random bookstore websites to look for an upcoming book that you may like. You will find out if the authors have any releases planned for the next six months, and, if they do, the exact dates the books are due in the store.

      Look at the pages in the back of your favorite books. There is often a list of books that the publisher suggests if you liked the book that you just finished. As you learn about new authors, book titles and release dates, write them down so you can take them with you when you go to the bookstore.
