Here is an example of recorder notes that go low to high with B & C notes:

* B natural (1st hole)

* B flat (all holes closed)

* C natural (2nd hole)

* C sharp (2nd and 3rd holes)

* D natural (3rd hole)

* D sharp (3rd hole and semi-cover 1st hole)
