How to Get Published by HarperCollins

Even though HarperCollins publishes several hundred non-fiction, fiction and children’s books every year, having your book published by this nearly 200-year-old, New York-based publishing giant can be a highly challenging feat. HarperCollins has published works by literary greats such as Mark Twain, Shel Silverstein, Agatha Christie, J. R. R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis. More recent releases include New York Times bestseller "The Story of Edgar Sawtelle" by David Wroblewski and National Book Award winner "Fire to Fire" by Mark Doty. Seeing your book established within this literary tradition requires considerable writing skill and business savvy.
