Eugen Gruber (born in 1878 in Mals, Austria-Hungary; died in 1947 in Vienna, Austria) was an Austrian writer, playwright and journalist. He was a member of the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ) and was involved in the resistance against the Austrofascist regime in the 1930s. After World War II, Gruber was a member of the Austrian National Council (Nationalrat) for the SPÖ.
