Early life and career
Suzanne Mulhern was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. She attended Boston University and graduated with a degree in English literature in 1986. After college, Mulhern began her career as a reporter and producer for several local television stations in Boston and New York.
Television career
Mulhern's first major break in television journalism came in 1996 when she was hired as a producer for CNN. She worked for CNN for over a decade, and produced and reported on a variety of news stories, including the September 11th attacks, the Iraq War, and the presidential campaigns of 2000, 2004, and 2008.
In 2009, she joined Fox News as a political analyst and guest host. During her time at Fox News, Mulhern appeared frequently on The O'Reilly Factor, The Five, Red Eye w/Greg Gutfeld and On the Record w/Greta Van Susteren.
Sexual harassment lawsuit

Mulhern is also a contributor to the political website The Hill, where she writes a column focusing on media and politics.
