What has the author F E Neumann written?

F. E. Neumann (1897–1991) was a German jurist and a professor of public/international and constitutional law in Marburg, Hamburg and Munich.

Neumann was a highly distinguished representative of the new generation of German state lawyers. He was best known for his work in the field of constitutional law, notably for his work on “The Rule of Law” in which he analyzed this concept in the United States, Germany, France and Great Britain.
