What did George Washington Carver invent out of peanut butter?

George Washington Carver did not invent peanut butter.

Peanut butter was invented in the late 19th century, long before Carver's work with peanuts. It's thought to have been invented by Dr. Ambrose Straub in St. Louis, Missouri, who marketed a peanut paste for use by people with dental problems. However, the first commercial peanut butter was produced in 1895 by Dr. John Harvey Kellogg, a famous proponent of vegetarianism and healthy living.

While Carver didn't invent peanut butter, he did develop over 300 products from peanuts, including peanut flour, milk, and cheese. His work helped to popularize the peanut as a food source, and it ultimately helped to boost peanut butter's popularity.
