1. Power Steering Pump Bracket Bolt: Located on the front of the engine, near the top.
2. Alternator Bracket Bolt: Also located on the front of the engine but below the power steering pump bracket.
3. Tensioner Pulley Bolt: Usually found on the side of the engine and directly behind the alternator bracket.
In some models, there might be an additional bolt near the crankshaft pulley that needs to be loosened.
How to Loosen the Serpentine Belt:
Step 1: Locate the bolts mentioned above.
Step 2: Using a ratchet and appropriate socket size, loosen the bolts but don't remove them completely.
Step 3: Use a pry bar or similar tool to gently pry the tensioner pulley away from the serpentine belt.
Step 4: Once the tension is released, you can remove the serpentine belt from the pulleys.
