Where is the blue popcicle in Lego Harry Potter on ds last part of game?

In the final level of Lego Harry Potter on the Nintendo DS, the blue Popsicle can be found in the library. To access the library, go to the second floor of the castle and enter the room on the right. The blue Popsicle is located on the table in the center of the room.
