What was the smilette poster about?

The Smillette Poster was not a real thing, it was a fictional poster imagined in the 2003 Disney·Pixar film Finding Nemo.

In the movie, the poster for the fictional Smillette diet appears briefly during a scene when Marlin meets the jellyfish called Squishy.
