How to Design a Tudor Poster

The Tudors were the ruling family of England between 1485 and 1603. The most famous Tudor rulers were Henry VIII and Elizabeth I of England. The Tudor family symbol is the Tudor rose, incorporating both red and white roses to symbolize the founding of the dynasty that ended the War of the Roses. A Tudor window can create a unique basis for a poster design. Spaces created by windows and wall beams create a variety of shapes and areas for pictures of Tudor family members and symbols for a poster fulfilling a school assignment.
