What is a Kansas City push pop?

A Kansas City-style push pop is similar to a regular ice cream popsicle, but it's made with ice cream inside of a hollowed-out cake cone and dipped in chocolate. The first Kansas City push pops were created in Kansas City, Missouri, by an ice cream shop called "The Stuffed Cone" in 1984.
