What is to be considered a large painting?

There is no definitive answer to this question, as the size of a painting that is considered large can vary depending on the individual and their personal preferences. However, some general guidelines can be provided.

Typically, a painting that is considered large will be at least 36 inches (91 cm) in width and height, or have a total area of at least 1,296 square inches (8,387 cm2). Some people may also consider a painting to be large if it is over a certain weight, such as 50 pounds (22 kg).

Ultimately, the decision of whether a painting is large or not is subjective, and depends on the individual's personal preferences and the context in which the painting is being viewed.
