- A 45 gallon drum
- A metal saw or reciprocating saw
- A drill
- A 1/2 inch drill bit
- A 3/4 inch drill bit
- A 1 inch drill bit
- A 1/4 inch metal cutting blade
- A welding machine
- A fireproof mat or cement board
Instructions:
1. Cut the top off of the drum using the metal saw or reciprocating saw.
2. Drill a 1/2 inch hole in the center of the bottom of the drum.
3. Drill a series of 3/4 inch holes around the bottom of the drum, about 2 inches apart.
4. Drill a series of 1 inch holes around the sides of the drum, about 6 inches apart.
5. Cut a piece of metal cutting blade to fit around the bottom of the drum.
6. Weld the metal cutting blade to the bottom of the drum, covering the holes.
7. Place the drum on a fireproof mat or cement board.
8. Fill the drum with wood or other flammable material.
9. Light the fire and enjoy!
