Disassemble a Pringles can. You will need the bottom, metal cover and the top plastic cover. To get the bottom cover, tear away the Pringles cardboard from it.
Measure 9.2 inches lengthwise on a piece of colored, super-duty card stock. Mark the measurement with a pencil.
Cut the card stock so it is 9.2 inches tall.
Roll the card stock to form a long cylinder. Try to make the diameter about the size of a Pringles can.
Tape the ends of the cylinder to hold them in place.
Measure the top and bottom diameter of the cylinder with a ruler. A Pringles can is 3.1 inches in diameter. Adjust the cylinder and re-roll it until the diameter is 3.1 inches.
Dab school glue or a glue stick underneath the outer edge of the cylinder to secure the shape. You can then remove the tape.
Dab the bottom of the cylinder with school glue.
Turn the cylinder upside down, so the bottom is facing up. Press the metal bottom to the can until it adheres to it.
Create graphics for your Pringles can with graphics or image software like Microsoft Paint or Adobe Photoshop. You can also download images from the Internet. Print the images out on computer paper.
Cut the graphics or images out, and paste them with school glue or a glue stick to the cylinder body.
Place the plastic top of the Pringles can on top of the cylinder. You have now created your own Pringles can.
