It was introduced in Pokemon Black 2 and White 2, where you could find it in the following locations:
* Reversal Mountain: Found after defeating the Dragon-type Gym Leader, Iris.
* Undella Bay: Found on the beach.
Keep in mind that you need to trade between Black and White 2 versions to get both Fire Stones, as each game has a limited amount.
