Is there an otter in the Winnie Pooh books or film?

There are no otters in the Winnie the Pooh books or films.

The main characters are all based on animals from the Hundred Acre Wood:

* Eeyore: A donkey

* Rabbit: A rabbit

* Kanga: A kangaroo

* Roo: A joey kangaroo

* Owl: An owl

* Christopher Robin: A human boy

While there are many other animals in the Hundred Acre Wood, otters aren't one of them!
