The D Chromatic Scale consists of the following notes:

D, D#/Eb, E, F, F#/Gb, G, G#/Ab, A, A#/Bb, B, C, C#/Db

This scale includes all twelve notes of the Western musical system, and thus, contains all of the possible chromatic alterations.
