Option 2: Hold down the function (fn) key and locate the flat symbol key, which is usually found on the number row. On certain keyboards, the flat symbol may also be located on a dedicated “symbols” key.
Option 3: Use the Character Map utility available in Windows and macOS to insert special characters and symbols, including the flat symbol.
