In Pokemon Colosseum where do you get Suicune?

You cannot catch Suicune in Pokemon Colosseum.

Suicune, along with Entei and Raikou, are not present in the game. While these legendary Pokémon are often associated with the Johto region, they are not included in Pokemon Colosseum, which takes place in the Orre region.
