Were to find a meditite in Pokemon diamond?

You can't find Meditite in Pokémon Diamond. Meditite is a Gen 3 Pokémon and is not available in the Sinnoh region, where Diamond takes place.

To get a Meditite, you'd need to play Pokémon Pearl or Platinum, or transfer one from another game.
