How do you disassemble a 270 rifle?

To disassemble a 270 rifle, you will need the following tools:

* A screwdriver

* A punch

* A hammer

* A cleaning rod

1. Unload the rifle. Make sure that the rifle is unloaded and the magazine is removed.

2. Remove the bolt. To remove the bolt, first open the action by pulling back on the bolt handle. Then, use a screwdriver to remove the two screws that hold the bolt in place. Once the screws are removed, the bolt can be lifted out of the rifle.

3. Remove the firing pin. To remove the firing pin, use a punch to drive out the pin that holds it in place. Once the pin is removed, the firing pin can be lifted out of the rifle.

4. Remove the trigger assembly. To remove the trigger assembly, first use a screwdriver to remove the two screws that hold it in place. Then, use a punch to drive out the pin that holds the trigger assembly to the receiver. Once the pin is removed, the trigger assembly can be lifted out of the rifle.

5. Remove the stock. To remove the stock, first use a screwdriver to remove the two screws that hold the buttstock in place. Then, use a punch to drive out the pin that holds the forend to the receiver. Once the pin is removed, the stock can be removed from the rifle.

6. Clean the rifle. Use a cleaning rod and a cleaning solvent to clean the barrel, chamber, and other parts of the rifle.

7. Reassemble the rifle. To reassemble the rifle, simply reverse the steps that you took to disassemble it.

Note: If you are not comfortable disassembling your rifle, you can take it to a gunsmith to have it done for you.
