Where could you find the lotery in jubilife city pearl?

You can't find a lottery in Jubilife City in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.

There is a Lottery Corner in the game, but it's in Veilstone City, not Jubilife City. It's located near the Pokémon Center, on the west side of the city.
