How to Buy Yuzu Juice

Yuzu has been a staple in Japanese cuisine for centuries. It has now crossed the pond to the U.S., bringing an enhanced citrus flavor to American dishes. Fresh yuzu is very hard to find, but you can try finding it in gourmet shops and Japanese markets in the U.S.
